Marketing & Field Representation Options

Option #1: Turn-Key Committed Personnel

  • One part-time Rep (with marketing support and field management) dedicated to your practice for a specified number of calls per month.
  • Rep is responsible for practice representation (eight practices per day on average), market research, speaking engagement coordination, open houses, lunch and learns, staff feedback and training, as well as weekly reporting of referral trends and results.
  • Marketing materials, tools, and projects such as web design and branding are quoted and coordinated on a per project basis.

Option #2: Rep-Share

  • One part-time Rep (with marketing support and field management) who shares your message and time with another practice for a specified number of calls per month. This Rep discusses two non-competing practices in each call. Limited to certain markets.
  • Rep is responsible for practice representation (eight practices per day on average), market research, speaking engagement coordination, open houses, lunch and learns, staff feedback and training, as well as monthly reporting of referral trends and results.
  • Marketing materials, tools, and projects such as web design and branding are quoted and coordinated on a per project basis.

Option #3: Marketing Project Management

  • Practice-Reps will serve as the Marketing Director for your practice by auditing your current efforts, analyzing your needs and market, and developing and implementing a marketing plan specific to your practice.
  • This option is ideal for practices that want the option of marketing but don't have the time or resources to commit to this important initiative.
  • Marketing materials, tools, ads, brochures, and projects such as web design and branding are quoted, coordinated, and managed completely on a per project basis by Practice-Reps.

Option #4: Short-Term Field Marketing

  • One part-time Rep (with marketing support and field management) dedicated to your practice for six calls per week for six weeks.
  • Rep is responsible for practice representation to your defined referrers (eight practices per day on average), as well as referral surveys, lunch and learn staffing, market research, and final reporting of referral trends.
  • This approach gives you objective feedback from your referrers (36 practices or more), as well as market presence for your practice in a professional manner over six weeks for an affordable price.

Option #5: Train Your Rep Program

  • (A) Prior to hiring a Rep, we'll consult with you on what to look for in a candidate. Once hired, we'll train your Rep over 2 full days (on site) to be a Practice Rep in your office/field. We'll teach them the nuances of medical practice field marketing, help them map out a territory strategy, and develop the necessary marketing tools to reinforce their efforts. Two additional phone consults are included.
  • (B) Staff training is critical to the success of your Rep! In addition to Rep training in your field/office, we can also train your staff on the proper approach to tracking referrals, marketing to your incoming referral offices, and retaining patients. This option also includes 2 additional phone consults.
