MRI, Vein Care, Fertility, and CR Surgery sign on in February, 2011

February was another banner month for Practice-Reps with three to four new clients signing on for direct field marketing!

Capitol Vein and Laser center of Northwest Maryland and Spruce MRI of center city Philadelphia signed agreements in early February to begin marketing their services in their respective catchment areas.

Jeff Mendelsohn will be marketing the vein care service of capitol Vein in the Bethesda and Frederick, Maryland area. Jeff has been marketing our large cardiology client in DC in addition to PET scan business development for another client. His plate is full at this point. Diana Kline recently joined us to utilize her MRI marketing experience in Center City Philadelphia. A Wharton grad, Diana worked for blue chip firms like Merck and Co. before taking over the marketing reigns at Graduate Hospital Open MRI. In addition to our new MRI client, we expect Diana will assume responsibility for our new GI client set to start next month in an adjoining catchment area.

By month end we should complete negotiations with another new fertility practice in Maryland and a long standing CR Surgery practice in Eastern PA. Both of these clients came to us through our web site where they were able to view our case studies and video responses to frequently asked questions.

Direct field marketing is continuing to grow in popularity and acceptance in the medical industry. Like anything else, the key is to have the right people in the field, managed by the right team, with actions and results that are measurable. Once your field team is in place, you'll want to support them with internal training, external marketing material development, and website management…….in that order. Want to learn more?
